With WhizFolders Organizer Deluxe you can keep hundreds of related notes (called topics in WhizFolders) and have as many files as you need for different purposes. With this program you can rearrange the list of the files, you just need to drag and drop notes to a new place in the list. Or, you can use the quick outlining buttons on the tool bar.
This tool is a text note viewer and a text note editor that supports rich text formatting, pictures, tables and OLE objects.
